The World is My Domain - Welcome to MaryBeth Mills Muldowney's World: Don't forget to SPRING FORWARD on Sunday morning!

Don't forget to SPRING FORWARD on Sunday morning!

Remember to set your clocks on this Sunday, March 14th, 2010!  Time to SPRING FORWARD!  Here in New England it feels like Spring. The weather has been mild this past week and this weekend we are forecasted to have those Spring Showers, but we are New England so in Massachusetts those Spring Showers will be more like a Nor'Easter we are told, so watch those tides and stream and riverbeds for flooding.

Setting our clocks ahead also is a reminder of the fact that we are now in the Spring Real Estate Market. Should you be thinking of buying or selling a residential or commercial property in Massachusetts and especially in the Plymouth, Norfork or Suffolk counties area I would be most happy to schedule an appointment  to counsel you and other decision makers on the current trends, recent statistics and estimated comparable market value of the property you are considering.

Please visit our website at www.TradeWindsRealtyGroup.com, or stop by one of The TradeWinds Realty Group offices, our handy locations are on Route 53, 124 Washington Street, Norwell, MA or Route 3A, One-Court Street, Suite 26, Plymouth, Ma.  My cellular is 781-910-7294, Plymouth office 508-746-5559 or Norwell office at 781-681-9959.

You can always download MLS (Multiple Listing Service for Massachusetts and beyond) onto your cellphone by simply Texting TWRG to 87778.  This handy mobile property search operates on a GPS basis so you can see the properties in the area for sale or that have sold, pull up to a property and just by GPS find out all the details of the property and just hit one button on your telephone keypad to reach a Realtor in our office for additional information or to schedule an appointment.

It is Spring, set your clocks to spring ahead on Sunday and set aside some time for us to discuss your real property needs!  Happy Spring from MaryBeth Mills Muldowney, President, TradeWinds Realty Group, LLC.

OH, it will be very nice to have more daylight throughout the day.  I love waking up to the birds singing and having daylight way into the evening.  Bring on Summer

MaryBeth, we need a little more daylight here. A sure sign that Spring is coming. Thanks for the reminder.

Yes, as of Sunday my dog will be getting me up at 8pm instead of 7pm. I wonder if it will feel any better LOL.

MaryBeth,  I have been looking forward to this day for last three weeks.  The only thing I will miss is an hour of sleep, but I will catch up on that next winter.

Great news for everyone.

In the Detroit Area, we could use a little sunshine.  (Our economy does not seem to provide very much of it on its own--possibly save Ford.)
